I LOVE creating look books. Eventually, I think it would be pretty awesome if I was able to find my signature niche - but I guess that comes over time and with tons of inspiration. Today's post showcases my go to casual look. I definitely live in this sweater during the cooler months and even wear it when I lounge around my home with a pair of leggings. I wear this sweater to events, out for dinner and even when I go see my boyfriend. It is an all encompassed warm wool. It isn't super scratchy either - but definitely designed to protect you from the cool weather.
I wonder if we all like the "my go to look" series, or the "OOTD" series more... or when perhaps we like it when I combine these two together? In essence, they are the same thing just a spin on a creative title (again, trying to find my niche).
Fellow bloggers inspire my content. Some of which include: "what I wore" series, "get ready with me" series "outfit of the week" or even "____ look book" with specific style guides for various outfits. I may dabble in some of these techniques for future videos.
I want to create fun and inspiring content in all realms of my blog. If you have any requests - do not hesitate to reach out and ask. My ask box is your free space where I can help answer questions related to style, beauty, positivity or even personal questions. I have purposefully ignored any negative questions, any form of bullying - or intentionally hurtful words as I try to maintain personal peace and utilize my space for positivity for everyone, myself included. Nonetheless, I love giving advice as well as reading the words of others, it too helps me grow. I am no professional - but I can do what I can to help you through whatever and to give guidance, reassurance or even just a few tips and tricks that have helped me.
A HUGE shoutout to my good friend Celine for shooting this look book in its entirety. She definitely has the best creative eye and spin on the traditional look book. I loved her vision and her direction when filming. When this beautiful lady comes back from her travels, expect even more collaborattions for these videos. Check out Gallant Avenue Photography below!
